Dear fellow members:

my beloved nephew died today Vieira Joaquin Quijano,

son of Gilberto Vieira White and Cecilia Quijano Caballero.

He is survived by his children Maria, Manuela and Juan Camilo and his sister Constance.

I repeated to him a psalm of David, translated by Dora Castellanos:

"Get it in your arms and forgive him, because he was rebellious,

but it was good,

and let it live forever with you in the stars,

no ballast bitter, or even that of their own dreams. "

Thanks for your prayers for him.

Maruja Vieira White.

Impossible is nothing

last few days I wanted to mention to what I read in a sports newspaper, but until this moment I have not had time to get to it.

A @ s that you like something the fúlbol, the player will remember a few years ago played for Real Madrid, a certain Cassano, best known for his disco orgies and parties to be friends one day yes and the other also, by their play on the field. This gentleman, who despite being an "elite athletes" had serious problems with the scale, has written his second book: "The mornings do not serve anyone." A book composed of 365 aphorisms, one for each day of the year. Among them:

Aphorism 293. "I am the first who has written more books than have read"
Aphorism 343. "Do not be impulsive. Do as I do. Prior to explode until much always at least one ..."
Aphorism 156. "The good will is crucial. I decided to first make peace with Delneri without knowing what the hell he was talking about"

Anyway, it seems that his first book, "I say everything," was a bestseller.

Cases like this "Talentino" as he calls himself now, I do not know if they get me down at all, or, conversely, raise my hopes to how bad he "has the yard."

Has Anyone Had Experience With The Gerson Therapy

Fall

Today has dawned with leaden skies and fog caressing the rooftops of buildings. At last we have embraced the fall, at least here in the south, perished reluctant to visit. Honestly, I missed a day now after so many mornings with hardly a cloud on the horizon to scan.

The opposition began to prepare the end of September, unable to absorb the short time I have available, which is why I fail to find or even five minutes a day in which to update the blog, so the lack the comments are likely to vary in the coming weeks. Still, they barely, taking a little bit of here and there, achieving further progress in my second novel.

Indeed, in these last days again refused to publish "Vendetta", Uranus was the protagonist. The practice makes a habit, and habit of the monk, so just because I do not even flinch. The only thing I appreciated is that, strange as it seems, all mail that to date I have received from publishers, I have been sent in the afternoon. It seems as if devote mornings to sharpen knives and afternoon chose to designate the next victim.

How To Maintain A Weave

Those who do not deserve ... Good luck

Two weeks ago I finished reading 'In the dragon's mouth "by Ken Follet. Sincerely, except the last thirty pages of it, the rest of the work lacks interest and even flirts dangerously with a kind of boredom that, without even realizing it, seems to gobble up that begins to develop the final outcome. That said, the novel is a bestseller, or what is, thousands of copies sold.

goes without saying that if 'In the dragon's mouth "would have been the work of a fledgling writer, is very possible that, with difficulty, had managed to surface literary, but of course, its author was already a renowned writer ... It is precisely at this point I wish to take you. The margin has a famous writer, from time to time, write a book well below their usual level, and yet, the facility has so that it is a bestseller. It seems as if, after reaching the sumun of literary gods, anything out of his gold Seseras to become nothing more touching, while those who try to start, if we just listen to us under the heavy slab indifference.

The answer to my musings soon came swiftly to my head, I had just asked me why I had decided to read this novel after reading Pillars of the Earth - Follett Mr summit work in my humble opinion - I began to devour all his creations until I finally stumbled on "In the dragon's mouth." After thinking few seconds, I saw clearly the solution: two or three works of high quality can make the rest of your novels to become best-seller, because we have tens of thousands of fans who devour everything as you have written, or what is, the older brother comes to help the small, the weak, and, ultimately, from that to which the fairies were elusive.

Telescope Bourne Identity

longed

Have you ever thought what in your life to chance ?..., have influenced the fate ?..., "good fortune"?

The question I have just made is the result of a thought that has me meditating on much of this week. I am aware that the current situation we are facing can have a significant negative in those novice authors seeking to see published his first book, not in vain, it is difficult to publish the second for those who achieved the first objective. Although I also believe that if instead of having finished writing "Vendetta" this year, I would have done two or three, probably the chances of the work would have been much higher, and once, years ago, publishers and agencies showed much more receptive, not meditating both bet on a novel writer. "They will influence factors such as chance and luck in the fact that more than one novel should be published, do not get so precious loot? Honestly I think so.

This last thought is a collation of an e-mail I received earlier this week by the editor of a young editorial. The answer to my proposal was very sincere edition, a fact that an exceedingly grateful. He told me that when they began the business project chose to edit two lines, one aimed at the publication of best-sellers of foreign authors who had owned successful in those countries where published, and a second aimed at the publication of works of new authors. However, because of the (literal) "... very high percentage of returns, little or no background rotation, high margin for retailers and department stores, very high pressure at the outlets of large publishing groups, spectacular falling sales and the number of visitors to libraries , very little depth of the funds in the libraries, low visibility of titles little rotation, etc ...), finally led them to temporarily suspend the publication of new writers.

Pity, perhaps if I had come a few months ago ...

Stress, finally, I made another assessment the editor in question: " Against this background and before rejecting all the books that had been offered, we decided to go for a new format, the electronic book or ebook to print as possible. To assess the commercial viability of the proposal for an auditing firm commissioned a market study and the result has again been disappointing. No or very few sales, production costs borne by the authors, and over 97% of cases the final purchaser of the book is the author or his family and friends.

could offer to publish his book as an ebook but feel that you are deceiving because although the cost of such proposal is zero or very low for both parties, profitability is also very low or no . "

At least I have the feeling that there are still sincere and honest people in this world full of black vultures that hover on the lookout for that who decides to leave his work die.

Diana Zubiri Hair With Bangs

eldali Posts: Act II and final. Eldali

During the last week I had time to cross the odd e-mail to the editor of eldali Publications. To be honest, I consider that the project they are trying to bail has much merit and bravery, and, in turn, has given me the impression of having an intrepid group of literature lovers who trying to break into the difficult world that has become the publication of works.

Over exchanged emails these days, in which, all told, they have not sat at all well my "reservations" initial and perhaps the confidence that I showed in my e-mail response circumstances that led me to apologize if my initial skeptical attitude was bothered them, I discovered a group of editors, reviewers and illustrators who want to work, but still have a long road ahead, not in vain, the project seeking offer is still too immature. As just one example, because through its online shop reported that they are having trouble selling his only book through this virtual portal that just in recent days can not be accessed.

My conclusion, after days of pondering, is that eldali dreamer Publications is a project that is taking its first steps, and that, therefore, still shows a very weak and uncertain future. As I said in the previous post, I think eldali could reach a step, just a step above Bubok or Lulu.

Finally, tell you that the editor of this new publisher told me he had hired an agent in Spain sell their works in bookstores. Is it true, or should we put this claim to the same level as that in which say they sell their books through the Book House and El Corte Ingles? Maybe I

tachéis of cocky, conceited ... or any other adjective utilicéis like, but I think "Vendetta" deserves a better ending. Probably talk from the parent's own blindness praises his son and obvious defects, but every time I reread the work to proceed to a further correction, I think I've ever had in my hands dozens of books worse.

eldali
with not publish, but I always like to leave the door open, so in my last e-mail I indicated that if they decide to return another time to have my work, only have to notify us.

Sometimes it is better to wait and stay holed up, rather than let yourself be guided by the erratic hand impatiently.

Not Farting Causing Stomach Virus

Posts: Act I

late last week I received an e-mail from the publisher eldali Publications. Memory and I quickly remembered that in late July sent them "Vendetta" for reading. With eyes wide proceeded to read the text I had sent ... Indeed, there was the push that for some time sincerely wished to receive. Publications eldali wanted to publish my work, I've even attached a link to download the contract in pdf format and, once completed, signed and sent by registered mail.

excited with a light heart and mind surrendered to the vagaries, was aware that I was not in the best time to try to weigh in my particular scale, the pros and cons relating to the offer received, as I believe emotions to the surface are not compatible with the coolness needed that requires decision making. That was why I decided to revisit the issue a few hours later ...

... Few hours later, I started searching on internet about eldali, although to be honest, I already knew that before publishing. After the data collected, began to draw my peculiar list:

PROS: 1 .-
want to work on my novel, with the intention of publishing.
2 .- Do not charge anything for corrections, design and publishing.

CONS: 1 .- Only
published a book in the year to have life.
2 .- As may be inferred from his website, are inclined to electronic e-book.
3 .- The publication in p-book is printed on demand.
4 .- Ensure that sell in the House of Books and The Court English. Fact that to date is uncertain. 5 .-
contract for 5 years. So what if they do not work the project and abandon it? "Vendetta have the rights signed by 5 years?
6 .- Important: "Vendetta" is brought to a literary contest for new authors which can not be withdrawn until at least December, under indemnity for the publisher.

Needless to say, was developed under the list of "cons", my conviction was lining up with the idea of \u200b\u200bleaving parked that alternative. Publications eldali could be an option of last resort, right on the top step which would place the self-publishing through Bubok or Lulu.

Despite the conclusion that, little by little, I was coming in early this week replied to the email sent, indicating the situation now is "Vendetta" and may not be withdrawn from the event to which is presented. I asked them, in turn, a waiting period until the said month of December. Similarly, I took the e-mail for any questions concerning its expected future plans, or the fact of having only one novel to the public.

The question is: Do not publish, or to do this anyway and risk losing the rights of my work during five years no matter what happens.

The answer next week ...

The most prestigious among the discredited

From a few hours ago we know the winner of the literary contest "prestigious" and, in turn, further discredited by the many awards that mark this country.

Angeles was the lucky case. Writer, although best known for his work in TVE or in some radio stations, and was a finalist for this same award in 1994. He also won the Prix Fernando Lara in the year 2,000. Since then she had not published a novel, just a biography and an essay. Those

I have read regularly, I guess you know the opinion I have for the Planet. Everything is pure marketing designed to capitalize on the 601,000 "eurazos" owning the boat. In addition, of course, expected benefits, after so splendid spoils repay, Mr. Lara expects the sale of hundreds of thousands of copies.

Last night, long before knowing the name of the exalted realm of letters, Cadena Ser and announced that the Wikipedia emerged as winner who now is. Probably the winner of that competition was known months ago.

A collation with the discussion in the preceding paragraph, the week Last, in the same radio station, listen a debate involving several writers who had managed to clinch a well-known literary award, including Andrew Newman (Premio Alfaguara 2009). All recognized the existence of prizes where the winner could get to know even before the deadline for receipt of copies.

Finally, tell you that I still remember the Metro Awards collection of twenty-five to acquired ten or fifteen years. Of these, works of quality as "In Search of the Unicorn" de Eslava Galán or "The Polish Rider" by Munoz Molina, others too loose as already mentioned in this blog "South Seas" Vazquez Montalban, and, finally, some infumables that I could not even finish reading as "The Cross of St. Andrew" for Cela.

Despite everything mentioned above, and as I assume many of you would happen, obviously I would not mind some day sign a winning play The Metro ..., if only to get a publication .. ., because after all, that is 601,000 euros for nothing.

What I tell you? Receive and deliver
recognition is almost a routine which, of course, enjoyed by both those who give and those who receive. But the real Yesterday was wonderful. Mrs. Maruja
and the same Ana Mercedes were waiting, she neither imagined what it was like the flight of Poems.
We were worried because the weather conditions did not cooperate much on Thursday or Friday. Saturday was able to confirm the excellent weather conditions with a magnificent morning. At 9 am we were told of Olaya Herrera in five minutes would be the helicopter in the air, dropping half letter printed 100,000 pages each with one of the 10 poems that Mrs. Maruja chose. Fool
got out of the hotel to the city park and soon a dragonfly Sabaneta deployed its flight over, dropping their spores poetic throughout the environment. The two poets could not believe it. The Sabaneta sky suddenly flooded with iridescent particles slow down. Maruja in tears hugged Diego Bedoya, the manager of such madness and Ana Mercedes running and screaming up the street with other people, trying to catch the falling poems. Ultimate!.
The Poet said at the ceremony on Thursday, ERATO, this was the best recognition he had received. Saturday was speechless, but her eyes told us that yes indeed this was the most brilliant of all.
From the little that was modular could Poet: " plant This is poetry on the fly hope that the seed germinates "
Today leave for Bogota in the afternoon.

Where Do I Get My Ohio Temporary Licence

The Lord's ways are inscrutable

Good Morning tod @ s.

Perhaps the way that he treats me so elusive in some aspects of my life joined with my destiny that day of no more than a month ago, when I chose to participate in the draw for five copies of Arqués Neus book "Marketing for Writers" that the web Ediciona raffled among its members.

Last week I received one of these five copies to be bypassed.

From everything I've read it, he shares my interest with "In the Mouth of the Dragon" by Ken Follet; struck me how Neus Arqués he published his first book, "A man of payment ".

Tired, perhaps for its stated impatience, rejection by some publishers, Neus chose self-publishing his first work in one of those many options that emerge in the network these days using the format "print on demand." As an expert in the marketing world is, our protagonist created a blog on the book two months before it was available. By the time the first units ordered, and had a small reader base waiting for the coveted post, and began selling his book one by one. Weeks later, ten bloggers convinced acquaintances to read "A man of payment" and present their findings on the network.

The campaign "Ten books for free", as she named, sparked interest of the media, and finally ended in the back of La Vanguardia.
And it was precisely this high exposure which helped him find an agent.

Months later, "A man of payment" was published by Umbriel.

And, my friend @ s @ s, the Lord's ways are inscrutable.

Operations To Remove Spectacles

Lessons from a Master: Elmore Leonard

Today I bring a teacher's advice: Elmore Leonard . Highly successful American writer in his country and author of the phrase "If something sounds writing, rewrite it. "Some of his works have been fed to Hollywood.

The following rules set before you, and that the same Elmore Leonard ran an interview with an American magazine, is really revealing and I believe, can improve the style of the novel we are still in this. Although like everything in life, it is likely that you meet any of them disagree slightly.

Bon Appetit ...

1. Never begin a book talking about the weather .

If only you used to create atmosphere and is not a reaction character to the climate, you should not use it too. The reader will look for the character's reactions. There are exceptions, of course. If your name is Barry Lopez and know more ways to describe ice and snow than an Eskimo, you can talk about the weather as much as you want to.

2. Avoid prologues.

can be annoying, especially a prologue following an introduction that comes before the dedication. But in non-fiction are very common. In a novel, the prologue has the background to the story, but you do not count at the beginning, you can put them anywhere.
There are always exceptions, of course. "Sweet Thursday" John Steinbeck is prologue, but I feel good because it is a character in the book makes clear the rules that explains how he likes to tell you things.
What makes Steinbeck in "Sweet Thursday" was the owner's chapters as an indication, though somewhat obscure, as they deal with. There are two chapters that arrives on a "hooptedoodle (talk) that tells the reader:" This spectacular flight will do with my writing, and not intermixed with the story. Sáltatelos if you want. "
"Sweet Thursday" was published in 1954, when I began to publish, and never forget the prologue. "I read the chapters hooptedoodle? Every word.

3. Do not use more "said" in dialogue .
The phrase, dialogue, belongs to the character. The verb is to be the writer snooping where they should. The verb "say" is far less intrusive than "grunt", "cry", "ask", "question" ... I once read a "she said at the end of a sentence from a character in Mary McCarthy and I had to stop reading to search the dictionary.

4. Never use an adverb to modify the verb "say" ...
... severely reprimanded. Use an adverb in this way (or almost any way) is a mortal sin. The writer set out to disrupt the exchange rate when using such words. A character has one of my books how he used to write his historical romances "full of rape and adverbs."

5. Controls exclamation.
allowed about two or three ejaculations per 100,000 words of prose. If you have the gift of Tom Wolfe with them, you can use them profusely.

6. Never use words like "suddenly" or "soon."
This rule requires no explanation. I realized that writers who use exclamations such as "suddenly" tend to have less control over their exclamation points.

7. Dialect terms used very occasionally.
If you start to fill the page of unintelligible dialogue, you can not stop. A good example is Annie Proulx, who is able to capture very well the flavor of the speech of Wyoming.

8. Avoid overly detailed descriptions of the characters.
Steinbeck did. But in "Hills Like White Elephants" Hemingway for example, uses a unique description for the character of the American woman who accompanies the "Removed his hat and placed it on the table. " It is the only physical in history, but even so we see the couple and know them by their voice ... without accompanying adverbs.

9. Do not go into too much detail describing places and things.
If you are not Margaret Atwood, who paints scenes with language or can not describe the landscape as does Jim Harrison, do not. Even if you're equipped for the descriptions, keep in mind that the crux of the story must be action, not description.

And finally:

10. Try to eliminate anything that the reader tends to skip.
This rule came to me in 1983. Think about what you miss when you read a novel, long paragraphs of prose with too many words. What are you doing the writer? Talking about the weather, or has entered into the mind of the character and the reader either knows what the character thinks or does not care. I bet that either you do not skip dialogue.

My most important rule is one that encompasses ten.

language
If it sounds like writing, I rewrite.

LIVE *** ANA MERCEDES, poems that tell BETWEEN THE SWORD AND THE WALL
There are people that we conceive of existence as if everything would necessarily be more bright and transparent human, after every battle in which we strive. In every battle in which we engage, to reason and vulnerable heart and creators, in which we engage in awareness and dignity, commitment and responsibility, and in pursuit of justice and human betterment.

closest Many fail to understand the vocation of human struggle, construction, and solidarity that have been forged beings, we are building as we rise and fall and we rise in the desire to be in full and to be better inhabitants of the planet, better peers.

So many of the closest not manage to discern the reason for this persistent crusade for harmony and integrity, respect and ethics, and the similarities and the intransigence and tolerances; cross for us (and let me add me the conviction that my life and foreshadow what amounts, I have never stopped trying, and because they could stay on the sidelines, as if I refer only to third parties to bring these principles and attitudes, without considering irresponsible at least) does not end never, never ends, because every day there are reactions necessary, unavoidable new answers, new goals to find and rediscover the senses and the forces of life.

Not everyone understands that if you stop fighting against injustice agrees to be a victim. That if you stop fighting against their helplessness gives full human condition and resigns. That is, a second after another, both consistency and consistency in opposing the atrocities and social strains. And that the resignation is an emissary of death, inertia, indifference, of not being.

Ana Mercedes Vivas (Cali), the daughter of two poets of Colombia definitive truth, which is the love: Maruja Vieira and José María Vivas Balcazar, is, like his parents, poetry in its essence of beauty.

Between a rock and a hard place (Apidama / Issues Poets of the New Millennium, Bogotá, Colombia, 2009, with beautiful engraving on the cover of Master Pedro Villalba and lucid introduction of Maestro Alfredo Ocampo Zamorano) rather than a book of inspiration is the knowledge and choices, it is of certainty and potential founders those of the author Ana Mercedes Vivas, bringing together the poems that make up this volume, consolidated and projected to the world an extraordinary word that testifies to the relevance of his country, sizing and History, analyzes and shares from deeply critical eye, all from love, belonging, commitment and confidence in the growing human transformation.

Ana Mercedes Vivas, writer and journalist, poet and cultural manager, Carlos Castro Saavedra Premio Nacional, Colombia, 1992 and Special Prize for Poetry International Competition Hiperbreve Microfictions, Spain, 2007, with his sixth book of poems a harmonic universe expands, a group supported by the threads of the sensitivity and expertise, the human uniqueness and poetic, one where living feelings, emotion key issues: family, love of family, friendship ... all with a correspondence between coherence and consistency that is a hope, statements, findings.

With this book, Ana Mercedes Vivas played an exquisite tide of butterflies and over who, in their excellencies, pervivirá "above of things, and in flight. " -----

manizaleños Poet Marujita White Vieira is the result of a glance. Began to emerge when a girl of ten, his mother White Mercedes Uribe, fell in love at first sight with a handsome Colonel conservative Joaquin Vieira. Colonel, a goth lace-up toe, decided that the War of a Thousand Days was not the appropriate place for a liberal young age of 14, captured in battle. Vieira asked him where he lived and went in person to return to their parents. There, through a slit, the girl discovered Mercedes, sister of the teenage warrior.

When they met finally being mayor of Frontino Vieira, Antioquia, the girl was 17. The colonel took 22 years and a war. They married, they lived happily but not their happiness lasted through the couple's two children, Gilbert, the eternal general secretary of the Communist Party, and Molly, 12 years younger.

POETRY UNDER ARM

At Vieira, denied to make money, the millions they had them in poetry. In the first teapots and readings, the mother was pointing to his son literary paths (how ugly sounds of female offspring).

Marujita incomplete time was a communist. He soon left the dialectic of the sickle and hammer to engage targets on which it has been a pioneer.

His brother was thrown out of the Institute of Manizales to graduate to Jesus Christ as the first communist. By age 8, she entered the diaspora Maruja and emigrated with his family in search of sleep Bogota.

As in the conservative White Vieira family practiced the religion of tolerance is not strange in her womb was born what became the charismatic leader of the Communist Party, who was physically more activist side of Opus Dei than revolutionary. Vieira himself would recognize that "Goths are decent, tolerant, respectful of the ideas of others." Biography was his father with some adjectives. He himself was a cool daddy who raised their offspring with lyrics by the Beatles, not Marx.

White not only mother but his grandmother was in Colonel Aureliano Buendía had enriched the imagination of the child. The dowry of two great women included a unique capacity for forgiveness that Maruja considered "essential for resolving situations of violence. " This was understood

mother and grandmother who had forgiven Galarza and Carvajal, the murderers of Gen. Uribe Uribe, uncle of the poet. A midwife paisa, cousin, Gabriela Vélez White, mother of Education Minister Cecilia Maria Velez, was killed in captivity. As White has the stick to forgive, Cecilia Mary said to her mother's sacrifice for education putting it all in Bogota during Mockus's government and now under the leadership of President Uribe. The early bird

cultural menu of the young Molly included visits to Congress by the hand of his mother. They listen to the great speakers. He was in the historic session in which Senator Francisco J. Cauca Chaux demolished with his oratory Laureano Gomez, who suffered a stroke in full evening of parliament.

MAIL LOVE

In order to see the magic in the sense of poetry has dominated the lives of little Marie, say that he loved almost matching his future wife, the poet José María Vivas Balcazar. While in Caracas, a city that has haunted this city as the woman named the poet Gabriela Arciniegas, heard a verse of Vivas. He fell in love without knowing the author, following the thread of Ariadne poems sent by his countryman Otto Morales Benítez. "Remember, Otto?" Asked one night, furtive tear in hand, during a solemn session of the Academy from long tongue.

And for that chance-one of the names that atheists will have God-made thing, the couple already guessed would say the lyrics of a bolero, be found later in a cultural event in Cali. The rest did the carpentry of love that went into the couple's daughter, Ana Mercedes, his colleague, partner and Siamese twin. If you see one of the two alone in a room, within seconds you will see the cufflinks. Are always supportive, as the semicolon. Vivas

Explanation of its proclaimed eternal bachelor, "In the calculus of probability one can find twice perfection" as he confided to Myriam G. Bautista for his book "Words of the majors," which I have not returned to its rightful owner. INDEPENDENCE

SHOUT

Maruja chose two disciplines to give its declaration of independence as a woman typing and shorthand that made efficient bilingual secretary until Jack Glottman, a visionary leader, to evaluate its performance in the events of 9 April The Bogotá of 1948, decided that its official had higher rope destinations and raised to the dignity of cultural counselor.

Then it became a quiet but effective activist in the women's rights. It is recognized as one of the wrestlers for their high-heeled colleagues from accessing the vote.

was also the first, along with Elisa Mujica, imported from Bucaramanga, to renounce the dictatorship of crochet and the kitchen to start working in trades then deeded to the "man tamed."

At a time when only men threw chatter in the literary cafes of downtown Bogota (the Auto, Asturias, Terraza Pasteur, the piedracielistas), the company decided in Manizales friends as Emilia Pardo Umaña, Cecilia Fonseca, Venezuelan artist Sofía Imber, the culture and conversation were too serious to be left only to men. And their voices were heard in those scenarios where male counterparts were the likes of Luis Eduardo Nieto Caballero, León de Greiff, Enrique Liévano ... García Márquez began to lean.

A WAY OF LIFE

of his poetry translated into English, French, Greek, Hungarian, Galician, wrote David Mejia Velilla:

"This poet has enabled us to their own world, his universe that incommunicable However, fate has played and lived the mystery of communication to deliver the poem, the contents of his soul, content of his love, the fruit of the tree of good and evil, I mean, of wisdom: the result of its hinterland, its sea, their island, its air, its vitality, its blood. Tell me who you love and tell you who you are, how you are. Tell me who you love and you shall know and receive communication of your love and I love you too and love to your beloved ones. "

Ignacio Ramírez Pinzón, the late director of Cronopios said that she "somehow renewed romanticón, mellifluous and environment of the country juliofloresco silly."

"Poetry is like air and light, is everywhere and it it the duty and obligation to beautify the concepts and the freedom it touches. A poets us to create and get an echo and not just create poetry but to live and apply ...". It's nice to hear

A sample button of his inspiration is his poem "All that was mine," collected by Rogelio Echevarria in his "Anthology of Colombian poetry "

ALL THAT WAS MY

All that was mine:

The clear voice of the father and the echo of his footsteps,

Awakening children.

mother's hands,

With its warm

stigma of tenderness on the wet ink of the letters.

brother's face,

and copied to the child and comets

rivers and a new lamp beside the old lamp.

My books, my silence,

Harmony foggy streets,
the park with her grass on Sunday,

Door Music Santa Eulalia.

known hand, the word intended,

The stillness of the encounter with rain on the windows.

Simple, simple, tender,

everything that was mine I was so far away!

Tamil Marrige Invitation Wordings

Back to work

Once past August, the routine begins inexorably to take over our lives ... well, still not for everyone, some still remain a few days vacation.

I wish I had gone through the blog before, but some business fortunes have kept me too distracted, so I found it really hard to not even think about literature.

Throughout last summer I had time to advance my second novel, a lot during the first half, but too slow in the second. The changes in my professional life to which I referred to earlier have been to blame.

I also had time to read, or not. The Pillars of the Earth in anticipation of a World Without End, and South Seas by Manuel Vazquez Montalban was Planeta Prize in 1979. By the way, if you already had the idea of \u200b\u200b"prostitute" who was the prize, after reading the aforementioned book, I must not only reaffirm: Planet Prize is pure marketing usually won by well-known writers whose works awarded by general rule, leave much to be desired. In particular, the South Sea appears to have been written in a month, rushed. The poor Carvalho did not deserve that.

As for "Vendetta", my first novel, as usual, August is a month for new, everything slows down too. That is why I am waiting that some editor will be illuminate the bulb after reading my work. Although in current times, usually on pretty soon ... it will be to save, I guess.
